Just nine months ago,
the weirdest day of our lives.
‘Twas our wedding day.
Before Troy left for work, he told me about how a couple we know had decided not to move to another province because if they did, it would be hard to plan out a wedding here in Ontario, and I think I annoyed Troy because I kept asking why it would be so hard because, really, all you’d have to do is set the date, book the wedding officiant, find some park to get married in, and you’d be good to go. But then I realised that not every couple want their wedding day to be over as quickly as possible like we did. :) On our wedding night, we went to a cinema to see Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith with a couple of friends instead of having an all-night reception. Good times! I wouldn’t have the day any other way.
So yeah, happy 9th monthiversary to us! Here’s to many, many more 9 months full of happiness, laughter, Vietnamese food, and thrift stores!
