Um, so, yeah, happy 2007 and all that. Now that the holidays season is over, I keep trying to come up with days to celebrate just so that I could do some gift-wrapping and get some presents. Yesterday I came up with the 4-day-and-3-months-till-my-birthday-day but Troy didn’t buy that. Boo! Though he liked today’s idea, i.e. buying a Nintendo Wii as a Valentine’s Day present to ourselves. Not that we know when the next batch of Wii will be released.
Anyway, I got Troy Settlers of Catan board game plus the expansion pack for Christmas and between Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve, we spent more hours that I’d care to admit playing the game. One night Troy, myself and four friends got together and played until around 1:30 in the morning. Once we were back in Waterloo, we got into Catan withdrawal, so much that we had to buy Settlers of Catan card game just so that the two of us could play the game (the board game requires at least three players).
Troy also got a game called Pop 5 for Christmas from his parents. We played it a couple of times and I really sucked at it. Now if I could just get a Blokus Duo to play with Troy, I’d be one happy llama.

And some Settlers.
And Worms PC game.
And Trivial Pursuit.
And Risk because they wanna and I can’t get what I want always.
But.
I’m not playing Axis & Allies ever again!
That sucks.
