Since my birthday is less than a month away, I thought I'd post my birthday wishlist. Gimme a lot of presents! I love me a lot of presents! Yes, I am greedy!

-- Hasselblad 500C/M medium format SLR camera, though I would take any of its knock-offs as long as it produces square negatives, e.g. Kowa Six or Kiev 88.

-- Lensbaby 3G for Canon EOS, even if Troy finds it lame.

-- Kenko Auto Extension Tube Set DG (12, 20 & 36mm Tubes) for Canon EOS, since I have no macro lens.

-- Holga body cap lens for Canon EOS because I don't always have film in my Holga.

-- Polaroid 600 and Fuji Instax instant films (twin-packs, please).

-- Many rolls of Kodak UltraColor 400 medium format film (my favourite!).

I know somebody wouldn't like this bank-breaking wishlist. ;)

  • hmmm.... takutya saya ngga sanggup kasih itu! nitip doa aja yah :)

  • I've tried making a homemade lens before using a lens cap. Didn't work out very well. Besides, shipping to Canada costs a fortune. Might as well buy a ready-made one and save on the blood, sweat, and tears. Heh.

  • Oops, I meant to say *can't* cost more than $30. By which I mean US$30.

  • I love my Kiev 88. I bought it from Arax, which is a good way to make sure you're not getting a dud, but ordering from the Ukraine was a huge pain.



    Why not make your own Holga cap? It can cost more than $30.

  • I'll stop by the bank tonight and get a loan. Though if Dave is nice enough to get you a Hasselblad then the loan will be a little smaller :)

  • Uhhhh... yeah... put me down for the Hasselblad. :-D
