Close-Up III

Was just reminded of this fact.

Happy first birthday
to our deceased snow T-Rex.
Made one year ago.

Last year's winter was so much more exciting than this year's. Partly because it was my very first winter, and partly because it did feel like winter. This winter is kind of lame. Most of the time, it feels more like spring than winter. We don't get as much snow as I would like. It's good for Troy the Snow Hater, but not very good for me. I want to make another snow creature this year, but damn. Not enough snow. :(

In case you're interested, the making of snow T-Rex photos are available for your viewing pleasure in this Flickr photoset. Now please excuse me while I do the blizzard-calling dance.

  • I'm rather impressed with the T-Rex -- I think me and my brother always had trouble rolling traditional snowballs to make a snowman...you're rather advanced!

  • According to the forecast your going to get some snow tonight. 5 centimeters or so. Though further north they are calling for 20 cm.
